1. Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return any unused, unworn jewelry items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging, certificates, tags, and accessories
  • Not show signs of wear, scratches, damage, or resizing

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized jewelry or engraved items
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons unless unopened and sealed)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer service at contact@apppariz.com within the 14-day return window. Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged. We will respond with detailed return instructions, including a return address and any applicable return labels.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or a defective product). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Refunds are for the product cost only. Original shipping fees, duties, or taxes are not refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order separately. This helps us process your request faster and ensure availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photographs of the damage and your order number in your email. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • First, check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@apppariz.com

9. Return Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny a return or refund if the returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria or if we suspect abuse of our return policy (e.g., excessive returns or fraudulent activity).

10. International Returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items; however, return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs documentation must be accurately completed to ensure the package is accepted back into the UK without delay or additional fees.

11. Store Credit Option

If preferred, you may request store credit instead of a monetary refund. Store credit will be issued in the form of a unique discount code that can be used on future purchases at Apppariz.com and will not expire.
