2. Currency

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP £). If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, your card provider or bank may convert the transaction into your local currency. Exchange rates and any additional conversion fees are determined by your financial institution, not by Apppariz.

3. Payment Security

Your security is our top priority. We do not store any credit card or payment data on our servers. All payment transactions are handled by industry-leading third-party processors compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Your payment data is encrypted and processed on secure platforms to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

4. Order Verification

For your protection and to prevent fraud, we may perform additional verification before confirming your order. This may include requesting proof of identification or verification of billing details. If any inconsistencies are found, your order may be delayed or canceled.

5. Payment Timing

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received. In the case of PayPal or installment options like Klarna, confirmation must be received from the provider.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment fails or is declined by your financial institution, your order will not be processed. You may receive a notification prompting you to retry the payment using a different method. Apppariz is not responsible for any charges or fees resulting from failed payment attempts.

7. Refunds and Reversals

Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.

8. Installment and Buy Now, Pay Later Services

We may offer flexible payment options such as “Buy Now, Pay Later” through services like Klarna or Clearpay. These are subject to approval by the service provider and are governed by their terms and conditions. Apppariz is not responsible for any issues related to financing agreements made with third-party providers.

9. Taxes and VAT

All prices shown include VAT for UK customers. For international customers, any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees will be calculated at checkout or upon delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.

10. Payment Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your payment has been successfully processed. This email will include your order number, payment details, and a summary of your purchase.

11. Secure Checkout
