1. Free UK Shipping

We proudly offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time for standard shipping is usually 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. During peak seasons, delays may occur due to high order volume or courier backlogs.

2. Express Shipping

Customers may choose to upgrade to express shipping for faster delivery. Express orders placed before 12 PM GMT on business days are dispatched on the same day. Delivery is typically completed within 1–2 business days. Additional fees apply and will be displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries across Europe, North America, and Asia. Shipping fees and delivery timelines vary based on the destination country, customs procedures, and selected shipping method. You can see the estimated cost and delivery time during checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Customs and Import Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are payable upon delivery.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order arrives on time and in excellent condition. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, shipping method, and package weight.

6. Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1–2 business days before shipment. This time allows us to verify your payment, package your item carefully, and coordinate with our logistics partners. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

7. Tracking

When your package ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the courier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

8. Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date, or if the package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at contact@apppariz.com. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the status. In cases of confirmed loss or damage, we may offer a replacement or refund.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error in the address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

10. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be notified. A reshipping fee may apply. If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and any return shipping charges.

11. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will not be charged extra for split deliveries, and we will provide tracking information for each package.

12. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations or customs regulations. If your location is not eligible for shipping, the checkout system will notify you before finalizing your order.

13. Delivery Confirmation

All orders are considered delivered once the tracking status confirms delivery at the provided address. We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once confirmed as delivered. For added security, consider selecting “signature required” at checkout if available.

14. Environmental Consideration

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging materials. Our shipping partners also follow sustainable practices and offer carbon-neutral delivery options.
